Facebook Competition
Competition runs from 14/06/13 to 21/06/13. Entries have to be made by following Ruby+Ed on Facebook and liking the competition post and sharing the post with your friends. The winner will be selected at random from those who enter by the above methods after the closing date. Any entries made after the closing date or through a different method will not be counted. Entrants must be UK residents. The winners will be notified on the Ruby+Ed Facebook page and it is up to the winners to send Ruby+Ed a private message on Facebook with their delivery address and their size. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other item. If the prize is not available a substitute product of equal value will be chosen by Ruby+Ed. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Ruby+Ed, any person directly or indirectly involved with Ruby+Ed or the running of the competition, or their direct family members. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition. Ruby+Ed reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable for any losses whatsoever arising from this competition and/or the Prize. You are providing your information to Ruby+Ed and not to Facebook. Luxury Country Break Competition
1. The prize winner will receive: A four night mid-week stay for two in Badger's Set log cabin at Foxton Locks Lodges.
2. Prize break must be taken between Sep '13 and Feb '14 during midweek days (Monday to Friday) excluding the following dates 24/12/13 to 26/12/13 and 31/12/13 – 01/01/14.
3. Any entries made after the closing date or through a different method will not be counted. The winner will be randomly chosen on or around the stated closing date from all eligible entries received.
4. Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
5. One entry per person.
6. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted. Entries made using methods generated by a script or the use of automated devices will be void.
7. This prize draw is not open to employees Ruby+Ed, any person directly or indirectly involved with Ruby+Ed or the running of the prize draw or their direct family members.
8. Ruby+Ed reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant if there is an undeliverable receipt or if the winner does not make correspondence within 28 days.
9. All entries must be made through the online webform.
10. The winner will be selected at random after the competition closes on 31/05/13.
11. All entrants who opt in will be automatically added to receive news and updates from Ruby+Ed.
12. All entrants who opt in to receive news from Foxton Locks Lodges will have their contact details passed on.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
14. Entries must be made between 09:00 Wednesday 01/05/13 and 23:59 31/05/13. All entrants made after this time will not be counted.
15. If you are chosen, we will notify you through email/post prior to publishing details. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner is responsible for arranging the prize and dates of stay directly with Foxton Locks Lodges.
17. The winner is responsible for arranging their own transport and insurance; for getting to and from the accommodation and for the duration of their stay. This is not the responsibility of Ruby+Ed or Foxton Locks Lodges.
18. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other item.
19. Ruby+Ed reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

Standard terms and conditions
Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery: £5.50
Standard delivery within the UK is charged at £5.50 per delivery address by a courier service and should ordinarily arrive within 4-5 working days.
Express Delivery: £7.00
We do offer express delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders received before midday guaranteed to arrive on the next working day. This is charged at £7.00 per address.
Deliveries to multiple addresses
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.
Returns:
Items should be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning parcels because we cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. Before returning an item you will need to call us on 01664 452 906 to get a returns number and address to return your order to. Refunds are always made to the card used in original purchase.
Refund:
Please complete the returns form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned goods.
Exchange:
We offer a 14 day policy for exchanges. In order to process your exchange efficiently we ask you to follow the refund procedure (as stated above)
and mark an exchange as the reason for your return, our call centre will then call you to refund your initial order including delivery upon
receipt of returned goods in unworn, saleable condition. Your adviser would then process your new order and apply a new delivery charge
and can have your replacement items dispatched on a new order - we will not dispatch replacement items until we have received the
exchanged items.
Notes:
1.Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
2.If you bought your Ruby + Eds from a non Ruby + Ed outlet i.e., a shop or website that sells our products but is not exclusively Ruby + Ed please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may differ from ours.

Our use of cookies
Ruby and Ed's website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. This analytical tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors use ofthe website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Ruby and Ed.
Ruby and Ed will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither Ruby + Ed nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
