DELIVERY

 

Standard Delivery from £5.50:

Standard delivery within the UK is charged at £5.50 per delivery address and should ordinarily arrive within 4-5 working days from being dispatched. Remote postcodes may be charged a higher postage. This is a Royal Mail tracked and signed for second class service.

Customer announcement: Please note standard deliveries may take up to 7 working days during the Sale period.

 

Next Day Delivery from £7.00:

Orders received before 12:30pm are guaranteed to arrive on the next working day. This is charged from £7.00 per address. This service is not available for remote postcodes, please see our delivery exclusions here. Orders placed after 12:30pm on a Friday will be treated as being placed before 12:30pm on the following Monday. Please note we do not offer a Saturday delivery.

DPD provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so they don't have to wait in all day. And access to a suite of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits them. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

 

• Select an alternative delivery date

• Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour

• Have the parcel left in a specified safe place

• Collect the parcel from your local DPD depot

 

Europe Tracked + Signed Delivery (5-7 working days):

This service is dependent upon the weight of your order. For orders under 2kg, your delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. If your order weighs more than 2kg, please call us on 01664 452906 to get a delivery quotation.

This service is not available for countries that do not offer a signed and tracked service, please see our delivery exclusions here.

 

Worldwide Tracked + Signed Delivery (7-9 working days):

This service is dependent upon the weight of your order. For orders under 2kg, your delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout. If your order weighs more than 2kg, please call us on 01664 452906 to get a delivery quotation.

Up to 2kg £25

Over 2kg please call us to receive a quotation

 

Local Duty

For international orders, please be aware that your shipping costs do not cover local duty. This charge is made by your country of residence and will be paid on receipt of your purchase.

 

Deliveries to multiple addresses:

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

 

Refunds:

Items should be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All items will be inspected on return. Parcels returned are at your own cost. We accept no responsibility for lost items in the post. Refunds are always made to the card used in the original purchase for the value of the items returned only. Refunds usually take 10 working days to process once we have received the item/s back at our warehouse. During the Christmas and sale period, this may take longer.

 

To return an item you need to click on your “Account”, then click on “Return an item” under the “Returns” header. For more instruction please refer to our Returns Guide.

 

If you are unable to print the return labels generated through our returns system you can complete a returns form.

 

 

Exchange:

Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please complete an exchange on our online returns system within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Returns postage are at your own cost. Once we have received the unwanted item back, we will send the selected item via our standard delivery service (UK delivery addresses only). Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size and we are only able to do so for UK orders.

 

Faulty Items:

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty, please submit your faulty item images via our online returns system. To initiate this process you need to click on your “Account”, then click on “Return an item” under the “Returns” header.
