Standard Delivery £5.50
Standard delivery within the UK is charged at £5.50 per delivery address and should ordinarily arrive within 4-5 working days.
Express Delivery: £7.00
We do offer express delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders received before midday guaranteed to arrive on the next working day. This is charged at £7.00 per address.
UK deliveries are made through Parcelforce and usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Parcelforce deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, they will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed. Please note that all orders must be signed for.

Parcels are delivered by airmail and can take a week or more to arrive.
Deliveries to multiple addresses
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Items should be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning parcels because we cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. Before returning an item you will need to call us on 01664 452 906 to get a returns number and address to return your order to.

We offer a 14 day policy for exchanges. In order to process your exchange efficiently we ask you to follow the refund procedure (as stated above) and mark an exchange as the reason for your return, our call centre will then call you to refund your initial order including delivery upon receipt of returned goods in unworn, saleable condition. Your adviser would then process your new order and apply a new delivery charge and can have your replacement items dispatched on a new order - we will not dispatch replacement items until we have received the exchanged items.
