Are your slippers machine washable?
As Ruby and Ed slippers are made from fine materials such as cashmere/ silk and wool we would not recommend machine washing.
Is your loungewear machine washable?
Some of our loungewear is machine washable – please refer to individual care labels for further detail or give us a call 01604 452906 or drop us an email

What is your returns policy?
Ruby + Ed hope you will be happy with everything you buy from us. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied simply complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery within 14 days.

Can I change my order?
Yes – feel free to contact us at any time prior to delivery where we will be happy to amend your order. Unfortunately once dispatched we cannot recall
product we would have to arrange a return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes – please contact us prior to the delivery date and if the goods have not been dispatched you can cancel your order immediately – if they have been
dispatched we would have to arrange a return and refund for you (although we would not return your delivery charge if the goods have been despatched).
