Standard Delivery: £4.50

Standard delivery with the UK is charged at £4.50 per delivery address.
Orders are sent out by Royal Mail first class post and should arrive with two working days of receipt.

Express Delivery: £7.00

We do offer express delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders received before midday guaranteed to arrive on the next working day. This is charged at £7.00 per address.

Deliveries to multiple address

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address

To return an item, simply complete the Returns Form, supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned good to:

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions above, indicating on the exchange form, that you would like an exchange.

You will not be charged additional P&P on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address.

Notes

1.Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

2.If you bought your Ruby + Eds from a non Ruby + Ed outlet i.e., a shop or website that sells our products but is not exclusively Ruby + Ed please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may differ from ours.

Ruby and Ed's website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. Ruby and Ed will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither Ruby + Ed nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
